Sampling books in book style for the presentation of fabrics, full or empty. They consist of thick cardboard and externally of fabric, cloth-paper or printed offset paper. Also, the printing in the sample books is done by hot printing or silkscreen printing.
For their transport they can have a metal hook or a cord and it is also possible to place metal protectors in the corners. The glue used is resistant to heat and cold. For better adhesion there are two types of glue, hot and cold with the same bonding capabilities for paper, plastic-paper and fabric-paper. In case samples contain fabrics, for their best presentation, printed white or transparent films are inserted between the layers of the fabric, which also improve the stability of the samples.
The format and shape of the sample books can be made according to the description made by the customer, or based on an existing sample book which we can redesign or further improve.
The construction of both types of samples (full or empty) is done with the most modern machines used in the field of bookbinding, so that the result is the best possible, to be done in the shortest time and with the least waste of fabric.
