In the hanger style samples as in the books the construction of the hat (headboard, hanger) consists of thick cardboard and externally of fabric, cloth-paper or offset printed paper. Also, the printing in the sample books is done by hot printing or silkscreen printing. For the best presentation of the fabrics and to avoid fraying the edges, the waterfalls are cut in a V shape and contain transparent or white tape on the sides.
The construction of the waterfall is done in a machine in which each fabric-color is glued to non-woven heat-sealing material or with silicone glue and double-sided tape. In special cases of fabrics or curtains, it becomes a side cutter to avoid fraying the edges and for the stability of our product. The glue used is resistant to both heat and cold. For better adhesion there are two types of glue, hot and cold with the same bonding capabilities for paper, plastic-paper and fabric-paper. In case we place the samples on the hangers, for their better presentation, printed white or transparent films are inserted between the layers of fabric, which also improve the stability of the samples.
