Textile Sampling
BOOKS
Sampling books in book style for the presentation of fabrics, full or empty. They consist of thick cardboard and externally of fabric, cloth-paper or printed offset paper. Also, the printing in the sample books is done by hot printing or silkscreen printing.
For their transport they can have a metal hook or a cord and it is also possible to place metal protectors in the corners. The glue used is resistant to heat and cold. For better adhesion there are two types of glue, hot and cold with the same bonding capabilities for paper, plastic-paper and fabric-paper. In case samples contain fabrics, for their best presentation, printed white or transparent films are inserted between the layers of the fabric, which also improve the stability of the samples.
HANGERS
In the hanger style samples as in the books the construction of the hat (headboard, hanger) consists of thick cardboard and externally of fabric, cloth-paper or offset printed paper. Also, the printing in the sample books is done by hot printing or silkscreen printing. For the best presentation of the fabrics and to avoid fraying the edges, the waterfalls are cut in a V shape and contain transparent or white tape on the sides.
The construction of the waterfall is done in a machine in which each fabric-color is glued to non-woven heat-sealing material or with silicone glue and double-sided tape.

Samples in tab style for the presentation of fabrics. Although the samples are relatively small, they give the opportunity to be side by side, so that it is easier to compare their colors, patterns, materials and texture. We make the card entirely from paper or cardboard, printing on an offset machine and matt or glossy lamination with the possibility of pigmentation and piercing for their placement in folders. The pieces-colors can have any dimension desired by the customer in as many different dimensions as desired so that the final product is as pleasing and functional as possible to the final recipient-consumer.
Folders – Binders
Special constructions, Folders – Bonders from hard cardboard, coated with bookbinding fabrics or offset printed paper and logo printing with silkscreen or thermogravure.

- For the manufacture of these products we use materials such as metal handles & stainless steel screws and metal protective corners.
